Customized Fire Retardant Coatings for Textiles and Non-wovens

NICCA makes a range of latex formulations tailored to specific customer applications in automotive or interior markets. NEOSTECKER coating performance is optimized for flammability, water-mark, softness/hardness, elongation, color, and processing. Custom coating can be made in batch size from 1 drum to multiple tons. For global projects, our formulations can be transferred to our partners in Central America, South America, or Asia.

NI SERIES

Fluorocarbon based Water/Oil Repellent for Natural and Synthetic Fibers

Developed as an environmental friendly product that is NICCA’s countermeasure against PFOA (PerfFluoroOctanoic Acid) present in conventional fluorocarbon products.

NK GUARD® SERIES

Durable Water and Oil Repellent

NK-GUARD series durable water repellents are flourinated, but do not contain PFOA or PFOS.

NICEPOLE PR-series

Unique Polyester Resin for Finishing and Dyeing

A unique polyester type resin that imparts a durable soft hand with hydrophilic and soil-release properties to polyester, nylon and blended fabrics. Also acts as a dye bath lubricant.

Anti-static Agent for Nylon and Polyester Textured Fabrics

Displays superb anti-static properties to nylon and polyester fabrics.

NICCA FI-NONE® SERIES

Flame Retardant Agent for Exhaustion Application

Developed as a durable flame retardant for all types of polyester fibers that includes CD polyester blends or combined with regular polyester.

KIRAKURU AL-SERIES

Anti-odor Agent for Aldehydes

KIRAKURU AL-series is a fast acting odor absorber for aldehyde based odors that can be emitted from coatings, plastics, and adhesives. It is used in applications like automotive or building interiors to minimize harmful concentrations of formaldehyde.

FOAMLEX® SERIES

Defoamer

Offers excellent defoaming properties at very low concentrations. Does not contain silicones or mineral oils.

NEOSEED® Series

Fluorine-Free Durable Water Repellent

NEOSEED is a line of PFC-free or flourine free durable water repellents that are gaining acceptance in a variety of markets that are interested in eliminating the use of flouropolymers. NICCA has been developing different versions of NEOSEED for the past decade and it now has products that are specific for applications or fiber types.
