The main goal of NICCA USA is to provide customers with high quality products. In order to achieve this not always easy goal, all the departments have been working together for years to improve manufacturing, shipping, customer service, R&D and quality control.
This constant effort has already been recognized this year by the recertification of NICCA USA as an ISO 9001 company. Most recently, an audit committee from Japan visited as part of a global audit system and performed an internal evaluation of all the areas of NICCA USA. The audit results proved once again that NICCA USA is a facility that sets an example for production and business management systems.
NICCA USA will keep striving for continuous improvement. The implementation of 2 new systems is the next steps in that direction. A new ERP system will help Materials, Manufacturing and Customer Service to better administer our production and shipments. The second system will be directed toward product management for R&D to enhance the formulation of products relevant to continuously evolving markets.
